At Prestivium, we deliver our suitcases quickly, carefully, and transparently. On this page you’ll find all information about shipping costs, delivery times, tracking, insured shipping, shipping partners, and what to do if you have questions or run into issues.


Shipping costs

Free shipping in Europe & the United States

All orders within Europe and the United States are shipped free of charge. You will never pay extra for standard shipping.

For any questions about shipping or delivery times, feel free to contact us.


Insured shipping (optional)

During checkout, choose Insured Shipping for €9.95 for extra peace of mind—especially recommended for suitcases.

Benefits

  • Coverage up to €2,000 in case of loss, theft, or irreparable transport damage

  • Direct replacement or refund (up to the insured amount)

  • Easy to claim via your order confirmation or via info@prestivium.com

Key conditions

  • The insurance applies from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

  • Report loss/theft as soon as it becomes clear the parcel was not delivered or cannot be located.

Please note: due to high demand, delivery time may occasionally increase to 10–12 business days .

UK Import Duties & Taxes
UK orders may incur import duties, VAT and/or carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid/refused, the parcel may be returned or treated as undeliverable, and we can only assist once it has been fully returned and processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

Track your package live using our tracking tool on the website. Daily updates on your package's journey are typically displayed here.

Enter one of the following details to see all the information immediately:

  • your email address and order number , or

  • only your Track & Trace number .

The Tracking Tool can be found via the menu item “Tracking Tool” on our website.


Sustainable shipping

We ship directly from the supplier or our secondary warehouse whenever possible. This has advantages:

  • Fewer transport movements and therefore lower CO₂ emissions .

  • Less packaging material and less waste .

  • No extra costs for you. We'll cover it for you.


Not received, delayed or damaged?

  • Check Track & Trace / Tracking Tool
    Sometimes there's a delay with the carrier. Check if a new delivery date has been scheduled.


  • Still no delivery after 10 working days?
    Contact us at info@prestivium.com . Please include your order number and zip code.


  • Received damaged
    Please report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the packaging and product. This allows us to quickly contact the carrier.

Tracking shows “Delivered” but not received

If tracking shows an order as “Delivered”, the shipment is considered delivered by the carrier. In that case, responsibility transfers to the recipient and Prestivium is not liable for loss or theft after the carrier’s delivery scan.

What to do:

  • Check with household members/neighbors and any safe place the carrier may have used.

  • Then contact the carrier directly to file a claim/investigation using your Track & Trace details.

  • Keep all emails and tracking updates for your records.

Important: Insured Shipping covers loss/theft until delivery. If tracking shows Delivered, insured coverage ends at that moment.


Special situations

  • Partial shipment / partial deliveries
    Your order may arrive in multiple packages and arrive on different days. You will then receive a separate Track & Trace code for each package.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
    Please verify your address at checkout. Prestivium is not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect address information. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.If an order is delivered to an address provided by the customer (even if incorrect), Prestivium is not responsible for that delivery outcome.

  • Refused deliveries & uncollected pickup-point parcels
    If a parcel is refused at the door, or delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time, it will typically be returned to the sender. This is the customer’s responsibility.

    How we handle this:

    • We can only take action (reship/refund) once the parcel has been fully returned and processed at our warehouse/supplier.

    • After return, we will offer a suitable solution: reshipment (shipping costs may apply) or a refund (excluding any carrier/return handling costs, if applicable).

  • Absent upon delivery
    The carrier will deliver to your neighbors or a collection point if possible. Check your Track & Trace for the current status and collection instructions.

  • Holidays and exceptions
    Processing and delivery may vary around holidays and peak periods. We'll communicate this as clearly as possible on our website and in your Track & Trace code.


Order changes & cancellations

Changed your mind or entered something incorrectly? No problem, if you act fast.

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase by emailing info@prestivium.com (include your order number).

  • Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
