At Prestivium, we deliver our suitcases quickly, carefully, and transparently. On this page you’ll find all information about shipping costs, delivery times, tracking, insured shipping, shipping partners, and what to do if you have questions or run into issues.


Shipping costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium

Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are always shipped free of charge. You will never pay extra for standard shipping.

Orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium

For international shipping, additional shipping costs may apply. These costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Feel free to contact us for an estimate.


Insured shipping (optional)

During checkout, choose Insured Shipping for €9.95 for extra peace of mind—especially recommended for suitcases.

Benefits

  • Coverage up to €2,000 in case of loss, theft, or irreparable transport damage

  • Direct replacement or refund (up to the insured amount)

  • Easy to claim via your order confirmation or via info@prestivium.com

Key conditions

  • The insurance applies from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

  • Report loss/theft as soon as it becomes clear the parcel was not delivered or cannot be located.

  • Keep Track & Trace information and email communication for faster handling.


Delivery time

Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 24 hours.

Delivery (after dispatch)

  • Netherlands: ordered today = delivered tomorrow

  • Belgium: average 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days

  • United States: 3–5 business days

Please note: during peak periods such as holidays, delivery times may occasionally vary.


Shipping partners

We only work with reliable carriers to ensure your suitcase is delivered safely and quickly:

  • Netherlands: PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS

  • Belgium: Bpost, ColisPrivé, UPS

  • Rest of Europe: UPS (and/or local carrier partners, depending on destination)

  • United States: UPS, USPS


Track & Trace & Tracking Tool

Track & Trace by email

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Tracking Tool on our website

Track your parcel live using the Tracking Tool on our website. You’ll find daily status updates there.

You can search using:

  • your email address + order number, or

  • your Track & Trace number

The Tracking Tool can be found via the menu item “Tracking Tool” on our website.


Safe & protective packaging

Our suitcases are packed with great care to prevent transport damage. We use:

  • extra sturdy shipping boxes

  • shock-absorbing protective materials

  • reinforced corners for extra impact protection

  • double-layer packaging for more fragile models

This helps ensure your suitcase arrives in perfect condition—regardless of the carrier or transport conditions.


Sustainable shipping

Although we ship exclusively from our Dutch warehouse, we still aim to work as sustainably as possible:

  • using recycled packaging materials where possible

  • optimizing parcel sizes to avoid unnecessary filler materials

  • working with carriers that actively focus on CO₂ reduction

Sustainability matters to us—without compromising on protection and quality.


Not received, delayed, or damaged?

Check Track & Trace or the Tracking Tool

Sometimes a carrier delay occurs. Check whether a new delivery date has been scheduled.

Still no delivery after 3 business days (NL) or 5 business days (BE/EU/US)?

Contact us at info@prestivium.com. Always include your order number and postal code.

Carrier investigation

If needed, we will start an investigation immediately. We may request additional information, such as a non-receipt declaration.

Solution

We will always provide an appropriate solution: reshipment or refund.

With Insured Shipping, a replacement suitcase (up to €2,000) will be arranged directly, without waiting for the investigation to be completed.

Received damaged

Report visible damage within 48 hours after delivery. Please include clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the inner packaging

  • the damaged suitcase

This helps us act quickly with the carrier.


Partial shipments

In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive a separate Track & Trace code for each parcel.

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Please carefully check your address during checkout. Prestivium is not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrectly entered addresses.

Not at home during delivery

If you are not home, your parcel may be delivered to a pickup point or, where possible, to a neighbor. Check your Track & Trace for the exact location.

Holidays and exceptional busy periods

During peak periods, processing and delivery may vary. If applicable, we will communicate this on the website and via your Track & Trace updates.
